Please note you will need to submit a 4-minute video in order to complete this Application Form. If you do not have a video please bookmark this page and return when your video is ready to submit.

We highly recommend you upload your video to YouTube and send us the link via this Application Form. It is important to note that Video Privacy Settings should be set to ‘Public’ so your video can be viewed by our judges. You can find lots of information in the YouTube Help Centre about privacy settings, how to upload videos, supported file formats, etc.
