As part of the Dialogues of Knowledge and Learnings 2020, Defence for Children International (DCI) in Costa Rica, together with UNICEF Costa Rica and the National Patronage for Children, organized on 20 August 2020 a webinar on the Right of Children and Adolescents to Freedom of Thought, Conscience and Religions for Latin America and the Caribbean, as stated on Article 14 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Faith for Social and Behavior Change Initiative

As part of its continuous engagement with UNICEF, Arigatou International was invited to participate at the global workshop Faith for Social and Behavior Change in Bangkok from 10-12 July 2018. The workshop was organized by UNICEF in collaboration with Religions for Peace, the Joint Learning Initiative, and Rissho Kosei-kai, bringing together 80 participants from UNICEF country offices and faith-based organizations, from more than 30 countries.

INSPIREd Faith Communities in India: Second Roundtable Discussion on Nurturing Values and Spirituality in Early Childhood for the Prevention of Violence

With these words, Dr. Krishnaraj Vanavarayar, Chairman of Bharativa Vidva Bhavan, launched the National Roundtable Discussion on Nurturing Values and Spirituality in Early Childhood for the Prevention of Violence that took place on 11 – 12 April 2019 in Coimbatore, India.
