Self-care for Educators: Practices for well-being

Fostering social, emotional and spiritual well-being: Caring for Children and Ourselves

We believe that children shall be placed at the heart of the learning experience, supported by educators that know how to drive powerful and transformative learning experiences particularly during these uncertain and challenging times; by educators that see the child holistically acknowledging and fostering their socio emotional and spiritual well being. What do you think your role as an educator is in supporting children’s over all wellbeing?

As educators we also have our own needs for social, emotional and spiritual well-being. It is important that we manage these needs and care for ourselves. This is important for our own lives and will also help us to be better educators. We invite you to reflect on your needs for well-being and self-care practices that can help you.

We invite you to actively contribute to the forums that you can find below.
