To understand the key elements of the Arigatou International Ethics Education Approach; discuss the applications of the Ethics Education Approach and its adaptation to thematic areas; and to identify strategies to implement the Ethics Education Approach in participants’ contexts.

Ms. Laura Molnar
Laura is the president of the Education for Change Association, an NGO promoting child rights and quality education by offering educational programs for teachers, children, and their parents.
Laura has more than 20 years of experience working with and for children and youth, as a psychologist and coordinator of social and educational programs. In the last 8 years, she has focused on nurturing a culture of reconciliation and peace in children by implementing Learning to Live Together and other educational programs in schools.

Mr. Vijayragavan Gopal
Vijayaragavan holds the post of Head, Youth Leadership Program at Shanti Ashram since 2011. This program is mainly focused on youth to provide leadership training, volunteering and engage them for community initiatives.
Vijayaragavan has done his D.E.C.E at Sree Narayana Guru Institute of Technology, Coimbatore during 1992-1995 and holds an M.A (2004) and M.Phil in Sociology (2008) from the Annamalai University.

Mr. Richard Francis Apeh
Richard Francis Apeh hails from Nigeria, a youth policy expert with many years of volunteering in youth sector work. He holds a master’s degree in diplomacy and International Relations. He is a human rights educator and has been a regular speaker and moderator at many international fora.
Through his many responsibilities with public and non-governmental organizations, he has been advocating for youth rights and promoting meaningful youth engagement in public policy development, climate action and in the SDGs implementation.
Richard is the co-founder of Edu4Future Initiatives and currently serves on the board and advisory councils of many civil society organizations. He is an international trainer on Ethics Education; an intercultural programme on learning to live together (LTLT) since 2017 as well a trainer on Education for Peacebuilding and prevention of Violence programme of UNESCO IICBA. He is also an independent consultant with Humanity Consulting and a member of theNorth-South Centre of the Council of Europe Pool of Experts on Youth Cooperation.

Mr. Fendra Kus Nuryadi
Fendra is a Principal at Amalina Islamic Junior High, Indonesia, and he is a facilitator in the Indonesian National Commission for UNESCO, where he focuses on ESD and GCED programs.
Fendra has also been a facilitator at the Tony Blair Institute, and he is a LTLT trainer at Arigatou International. In Indonesia he has trained more than 100 teachers and schools to use the LTLT module and he helps the team to translate the LTLT module into Bahasa Indonesia.
