GNRC Coordinators Meet in Kyoto, Japan
The Regional Coordinators of the Global Network of Religions for Children (GNRC) met in
The GNRC Secretary General Mr. Atsushi Iwasaki briefed the Coordinators for the regions about the development of the new GNRC website.
The support that may be required by the GNRC Coordinators for the regions to manage the regional pages was also discussed.
The Secretary General of the Interfaith Council on Ethics Education for Children Ms.
The GNRC Coordinators and Ms. Ucko discussed on how to make follow-up on the workshop, and to promote children’s participation at the regional and global levels. Also on the agenda was the development of the GNRC Child Network.
Ms. Ucko also updated the GNRC Coordinators and the Secretary General for GNRC Mr. Iwasaki on the developments of the Interfaith Council on Ethics Education for Children, and the various testing workshops that had already been conducted in
Earlier, the GNRC Coordinators and the staff of the Arigatou Foundation, met over breakfast with Rev. Keishi Miyamoto, who is the representative of the Arigatou Foundation and Myochikai, and leader of the GNRC.
Rev. Miyamoto expressed his gratitude and thanks to the Coordinators, and the staff of the Arigatou Foundation, for the development of the GNRC globally, and the Interfaith Council on Ethics Education for Children.
The Secretary General of the Arigatou Foundation Mr. Shozo Fujita and staff, Ms. Masue Suzuki, Mr. Peter Billings and Ms. Mayumi Nakatsutsumi also attended the meeting.
